As a boutique builder of luxury custom homes, Al Sandella limits the amount of homes he builds to three to four per year.

This assures that he will be able to offer his clients the time and attention they deserve. Al takes a “hands on” approach to every project he executes. In fact, he can be found on the job site daily and is involved in every project from design to completion. Al Sandella is a third generation builder with over 30 years experience. He has an extensive background in residential and commercial construction.

Professional assistance with interior selections is included with every Sandella custom home through their design company, Sandella Custom Interiors, founded by Cheryl Sandella, ASID Allied Member. Design and decorating is her passion. With over 20 years of in-depth experience with planning and building luxury homes, Cheryl has the ability to have foresight when creating interior designs. Her fine taste of detail and free expression of creativity carry over to each environment she creates. The small details are what transform a house into a home. Cheryl pays close attention to individual style when helping clients select their special design theme. The result is a look that perfectly suits the homeowner’s personality and lifestyle. Full design services are offered giving the homeowner the gift of a complete turnkey project.
