Arizona Sun Silks has developed an “in-house” customer database from the quality leads sent to us by the Home & Design Idea Center. Our database currently contains more than 1,000 valid inquiries made by potential customers visiting our space. The number of leads giving valid information is currently at about 87 percent. The return on our investment with the HDIC in these economic times is more than what we had hoped for. The ongoing advertising campaign that the HDIC implements along with our in-house mailings provides us with a targeted marketing approach for success.
